General Terms and Conditions

  • All prices are quoted without tax. Various taxes may be chargeable on both goods and delivery costs.
  • Whilst Learn PDF aim to maintain accurate pricing at all times, the prices displayed on the Learn PDF website (www.learnpdf.com) and on Learn PDF documentation are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmation at the time of a course booking or purchase online via credit card.

Training Course Booking Specific Conditions

  • Training sessions booked with Learn PDF will be considered final with the submission of a completed booking form acknowledging agreement to the Learn PDF terms and conditions or via an online purchase through our website (www.learnpdf.com).
  • Payment for course bookings with Learn PDF are to be made in advance of the date of training or in the case of credit accounts an associated purchase order is to be raised at the time of the course booking. Learn PDF reserve the right to cancel a training booking in the case of non-receipt of payment prior to the day of course.
  • Learn PDF reserves the right to cancel a course or part of a course at any time and will attempt to re-schedule a course at a time convenient to you or will offer you a full refund. Under no circumstances will compensation be payable or shall Learn PDF be liable for any loss of profit.
  • For On-site (in-company) training courses, all travel costs incurred by the trainer apply will be added to your invoice accordingly.
  • In the case of an On-site training (in-company) course cancellation, Learn PDF will apply the following refund policy:
    • 16+ business days: 100% refund with a 15% admin charge OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with no charge. (Only one rebooking at 0% admin charge is allowed. Thereafter we raise a 15% admin charge.) Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.
    • 11-15 business days: 75% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with a 10% admin charge. Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.
    • 6-10 business days: 25% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with a 25% admin charge. Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.
    • Cancellation within 5 business days: no refund, no rescheduling.
      (NB: For a reduction in course duration, the above policies apply to days cancelled)
  • In the case of a Online Training course cancellation, Learn PDF will apply the following refund policy:
    • 6+ business days: 100% refund with a 15% admin charge OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with no charge. (Only one rebooking at 0% admin charge is allowed. Thereafter we raise a 15% admin charge.) Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.
    • 3-5 business days: 25% refund OR an option to transfer 100% of the funds for another booking with a 25% admin charge. Alternate booking must be arranged concurrently with cancellation.
    • 2-day-of-training business days: no refund, no rescheduling.
  • For refunds/cancellations relating to Video Training and Training Subscriptions, we endeavor to offer full refunds providing the customer has completed 25% or less of the video course lessons associated with the purchased training course. Requests for refunds where the customer has viewed more than 25% of the associated video course lessons will be treated on a case-by-case basis and the issuing of any refunds will be at Learn PDF’s sole discretion.
  • Any deviation from or modification to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by a director of Learn PDF.
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is ruled to be invalid for any reason, that invalidity will not affect the rest of these terms and conditions which will remain valid and enforceable in all respects.
